what can you say about this sir? Issue between the decision of the Court of Appeals here in the Philippines.  Wow!! This is … really strange. There are parallels between engineering and architecture, but civil engineers do not do the same job as architects. I find this terrible on the part of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines, just because there are things architects must learn in order to build a beautiful, functioning structure- history, culture, utilities, arts, aesthetics, and design. Everything that The Court says you do not need! Most people need to be trained to look with a designing/architect eye. The people that do this will probably be impaired when in the field. Also, I wonder if they will be hired as easily as someone who did go through the training. Followers- what do you think?
