The winning proposal for a competition in 2004, the design is a redevelopment of an abandoned, elevated freight-railway that spans 22 blocks through the west side of Manhattan.

Sold in May of 2011 (for over $18 million!), this mansion designed by Robert A.M. Stern is located on 870 Park Avenue, Upper East Side, in New York City. There are six bedrooms, six bathrooms in this 12,000 sq. ft. home.
