The 5 Beekman in New York City, United States

This building’s architect is unknown; however, clues of the architect can be found in the interior. When one walks in: “For nine stories, the ornate cast-iron railings twirl up and up through a light-filled atrium. The ninth floor is ringed with arched windows and topped with a gorgeous glassed-in skylight, with some pretty remarkable views of the neighboring skyscrapers.” The abandoned building has been bought and will probably be restored to its former glory as a hotel.
